For your final project you will create a series of images that focus on one central theme. Think of the artists you did presentations on and how they focused on a theme, idea, concept, practice, etc. with their own work. Come up with an idea that interests you photographically and create 8 images you feel are successfully linked but still have differences. You will need to post 8 images to your blog by the final critique and have 6 of those 8 images printed out on a 8x10 print. On the last day of class, you will turn in your prints in a folder or portfolio.
Timeline:
Thursday, October 29: Turn in Proposal, Individual Meetings
Tuesday, November 17: Mid-point Critique, Post 2-3 images on blog
Tuesday, December 1: Final Critique Part 1
Thursday, December 3: Final Critique Part 2 (leave portfolio with me)
Friday, December 11: Pick up work and grade
